What is Blat?
Blat is a Windows (32 & 64 bit) command line utility that sends eMail using SMTP or post to usenet using NNTP.

Philosophy:

Blat should be:
- Small
- Fast
- Easy to use
- RFC Compliant
Bug fixes and adding features:
- New feature only if it is not attractive to UCE/SPAM
- Maintain the registry (-install) as an option.
- Keep Blat alive
